Health and Safety

Some items require adult supervision and should be kept away from small children due to potential choking hazards and cuts from sharp implements. These items being craft wire, craft rhinestones, paper roses, Beads, resin hearts, etc. Ribbons may present strangulation if being handled by small children. Please also be advised that items are packed in small, plastic grip seal bags. Whilst these bags will not cause suffocation on the same scale as shopping bags, they can present a hazard if chewed or placed near the face/nose. It is your responsibility as an adult to keep such items away from babies and children.

Choking Hazards

Please be aware that many of the items sold by Craft Genie are small, or easily broken into small parts, and could constitute a choking hazard. We strongly advise you to keep these items away from small children, The products we sell are for decoration only and are NOT toys

The Offensive Weapons Act 1996

Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that could be used to harm others.

In purchasing from this site, you are accepting the terms and conditions on this page and certify that, should you be purchasing a knife, you are over 16 years of age and agree to provide Craft Genie with truthful and accurate information and to act in accordance with the aforementioned act.

By using this website, you agree to be bound these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms, you must not use this website for any purpose

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions, but we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation.

Please note some of the items sold on this site contain small parts and are not suitable for children. Offer and acceptance

A binding contract is formed between you and Craft Genie when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other means that your order has been despatched. Please note that regardless of the name of the website you bought products on, the contract is between you and Craft Genie.

Postage

Postage to the UK is charge at £1.75, orders over £25 are FREE postage
Postage yo Mainland Europe will be charged at a flat rate of £4.00
We do not ship to International addresses.

Prices

The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes Value Added Tax for UK residents.

In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to despatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish

Delivery

We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy any time.

Returns /Refunds and Cancellation of orders

Please email us within 7 days of receipt of goods if goods arrive damaged or are incorrect. We will replace or refund as required. Please Do Not Return Goods Without Contacting Us First.

We will issue you with a returns number, which should be clearly marked on the parcel you are returning.

We are happy to refund items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the items come in sealed packs these items MUST NOT BE OPENED.

You must pay the cost of the returned goods and are responsible for their safety during transportation.

When returning items please obtain a proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for any lost in transit back to us.

Some items do not travel well in a jiffy bag please ensure all returns are packed in suitable packaging and returned in re-saleable condition.

If any returned goods arrive in non re-saleable condition we may only offer a credit of 50% to be used against a future order with us.

We do not offer an exchange service.

We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

We do not store your credit card details

To cancel you should email us at craftgenie.co.uk or write to the address above, clearly marking the envelope "RETURNS" within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods.

Data Protection

Craft Genie holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders. If you opt out of receiving discount codes, you will not be sent promotional communication

Your credit card details are not held by Craft Genie and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed

Unlawful Provision

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
