Terms and conditions of our Workshops/Classes

1. To reserve your place you can either call into Craft Genie @ Unit 1, Station Approach, Bridge Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9-2RT or telephone us on 0208-397-4634 and talk to Tony or Marian.

2. Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5pm, Saturday 9.30am-4pm and complete a booking form.

3. The full Class fee must be paid at the time of booking. We accept telephone payment by credit card.

4. This fee is non-refundable.

5. We also reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum of students is not met or any unforeseen circumstances.

6. If you wish to swap classes, Craft Genie can reserve the right to refuse.

7. If you have a disability and would like to join the classes please inform us beforehand and we will be happy to oblige.

8. Classes maybe held at either the Methodist Church opposite Moor Lane School or in the shop.

9. There is plenty of parking outside the church and by the shop.

Agreeing to our Terms and conditions

1. On completion of the booking form you agree to all our terms and conditions.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1.     To enter a competition you must be: 
(a) UK resident; and 
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2.     Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Craft Genie or Craft Genie Ltd.

3.     No purchase necessary.

4.     Only one entry per person.

5.     Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

6.     The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Craft Genie reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

7.     If you win a competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.     You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Unit 1 Station Approach, Bridge Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2RT after the closing date.

9.     By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Craft Genie may require.

10.  The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of Craft Genie Limited.

11.  The prize will not be transferable to another person.

12.  No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

13.  If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14.  Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

15.  This competition is being run by Craft Genie Ltd of Unit 1 Station Approach, Bridge Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2RT.

16.  Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

17.  Craft Genie reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Craft Genie may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

18.  Craft Genie will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
